BONUS: "Spoiler alert, we're all dying" feat. Mel Fielding

Join Yoga to Cope board members and NYU cohort classmates Mel Fielding (they/she) and Kala MacDonald (she/her) on a BONUS episode of Yoga Therapy! There is a LOT to get into, and it all boils down to chatting about two brand new live offerings from YTC: a weekly Grief Processing and Psychoed support group led by Kala, and a Death Club led by Mel. Join these two self-proclaimed yappers for two hours (LOL) of catching up, discussing the nature of training to be a counselor, dissecting pronouns, identities, and the demographics they're attracting in clinical practice, the pitfalls around somatic work and yoga, and so much more.
