Instead of maintaining separate spreadsheets and disconnected databases, organizations create a single source of truth that every Power Platform component shares. Power Apps reads from Dataverse. Power Automate updates Dataverse. Power BI reports on Dataverse. Copilot Studio retrieves knowledge from Dataverse.
