Sl: V Ljubljani, v Deželni bolnišnici, je bilo že zgodaj zjutraj živahno.
En: In Ljubljani, at the Regional Hospital, it was bustling early in the morning.

Sl: Anže, mladi medicinski študent, je bil vidno nervozen.
En: Anže, a young medical student, was visibly nervous.

Sl: Danes je njegov prvi dan kot praktikant na oddelku za nujne primere.
En: Today was his first day as an intern in the emergency department.

Sl: Letni čas je bil poletje, sonce je močno sijalo, a v prostoru je mrgolelo podobno kot v sredi mravljišča.
En: It was summer, the sun was shining brightly, but inside, it was bustling like the center of an anthill.

Sl: Nina, izkušena medicinska sestra, je Anžeta sprejela.
En: Nina, an experienced nurse, welcomed Anže.

Sl: "Ne skrbi," mu je rekla.
En: "Don't worry," she said.

Sl: "Začeli bomo počasi.
En: "We'll start slowly.

Sl: Danes boš predvsem opazoval.
