Jack Kelly from the Triathlon Hour Part 1

Jack Kelly from the Triathlon Hour Part 1

Welcome to the very first edition of the Diary of an Age Grouper Podcast.

For our first episode, we were lucky enough to host Jack Kelly, founder and author of "The Triathlon Hour" formerly known as "How they Train" podcast.

Jack has quickly become an iconic figure in the world of triathlon, bringing us, the age groupers, the latest news, events and interviews from top professional athletes around the world. But Jack is also an age grouper himself and once had a crack at going pro! Admittedly, this didn't go to plan however Jack is still in search of a big race in the near future.

In part 1 of this episode, we speak to Jack about his humble beginnings, his absurd approach to his first triathlon and an early rise into the professional ranks.

Stay tuned for part two next Friday! As always, please like, share, subscribe and send us your feedback via our instagram page @diaryofanagegrouper.
