Episode #29 My turn, my story.

Episode #29 My turn, my story.

I've finally taken the hot seat in my own podcast to tell my story. Thank you to the wonderful Ezara Ahern-Easter for taking the time to sit and talk with me, you were the perfect interviewer.

I share my experiences in life as a business woman, mother, mentor and now a podcaster.

Like most women my age I've had a lot of twists and turns in my life, I share a lot of this, what I've learned along the way and how managing stress has become a fundamental part of my life and how I now work.

I also share my experience of losing a business and taking time away from self employment to focus more on mothering. I also share my personal story of experiencing crime in my life, something I've never shared before.

My hope for anyone listening to this is that you know I'm sharing this platform of being an incredibly busy woman in life with you. That I admire us all as women for what we do in today's world.

I hope you enjoy this conversation.
