My body, My choice

My body, My choice

In this episode, we explore the phrase “My Body, My Choice” from two powerful perspectives: society and Scripture. From a societal standpoint, the statement represents autonomy, consent, dignity, and the right to make decisions about one’s own body—especially in response to histories of control, abuse, and silencing.

From a biblical standpoint, the conversation shifts from ownership to stewardship. Scripture teaches that the body is sacred, created by God, and entrusted to us with purpose. Rather than absolute autonomy, the Bible calls believers to honor God with their bodies and align personal choices with divine wisdom.

This episode doesn’t aim to polarize, but to invite reflection. Where do personal freedom and spiritual responsibility meet? How do we navigate choice, accountability, and faith in a modern world? Join us for a respectful, honest discussion that challenges us to think deeper about what true freedom really means.
