I Did What I Tell My Clients Not to Do: Why Getting Off Track Isn't Failure

I Did What I Tell My Clients Not to Do: Why Getting Off Track Isn't Failure

I recently did something I regularly tell my clients not to do.

I pushed through.

Life got busy, my practice became inconsistent, and I found myself slipping back into old habits.

But instead of seeing that as failure, it reminded me of something important:

They're about returning.

In this episode, we're exploring why getting off track is part of being human, what nervous system regulation actually looks like in real life, and why perfection was never the goal in the first place.

If you've been feeling disconnected from yourself lately, this conversation is for you.
