Here is our blurb: What is Arcane Awakenings? Urban fantasy tales are built around magic being real, whether hidden behind a veil or out in the open, but where did it come from? Has it always been there? Was there an event or a catalyst? Maybe a god or a figure from history (recent or ancient) who unlocked the magic of the world.

Arcane Awakenings is about the emergence of magic, about the start of the supernatural story, the blindfolds dropping from the eyes of those with the talent or skill to see it. It might be the story of how magic came to a city, or maybe the origin story of a new urban fantasy heroine. We seek to share the sense of wonder, terror, or pure chaotic confusion across cities where characters are experiencing magic for the first time.
