Inez describes jealousy, gaslighting, guilt, sexual coercion, circular conversations, silent treatments, and repeated abuse cycles that slowly depleted her confidence and self-care. Her story explores reenactment, trauma bonding, and how an abuser can study someone’s deepest wounds before using those wounds to keep them trapped.
