“The Strongest Motivation Is Love” with Aubrey Marcus

Nikki & Brie are VERY excited about today’s guest, but first, they get us caught up on how they spent New Year’s Eve, a tale of two very different celebrations! Brie had an early night, and Nikki tried to squeeze in as much family time with Artem before leaving for the DWTS tour.

Then The Bellas welcome the incredible Aubrey Marcus!

Brie credits Aubrey for sparking an exhilarating change in Bryan, and that change has set off a chain reaction in the Bellas world.

As we enter 2022, focus on new goals, and fine-tune our motivation, Nikki & Brie have an electrifying conversation with Aubrey about routines, why starting off your day with coffee is a bad idea, and the right way to jump start your mornings. They also discussed the benefits of being flexible with your day-to-day life, breath work, our different personalities, relinquishing control, staying motivated, self-love, the positives and negatives of social media, mental health, and more.

Aubrey also explains the transformative experience of being a parent, and the strongest motivation is love.

Nikki & Brie also talk to Marcus about his documentary, “Awake in The Darkness,” in which he spent seven days in silence and darkness as the pandemic started, what that experience did to his senses and how it changed his perspective about himself and the ability to love himself.
