This week, there’s a different team at the mic! While Nikk is out sick, Brie’s husband, Bryan Danielson, is on the show, bringing his own unique brand of humor, introspection, and thoughtfulness.

Brie and Bryan discuss a wide range of topics, from watching Birdie learn to read to moving again, getting close to nature, and Brie’s battle with some curtains in their new place.

Bryan’s fresh off a long trip to Nevada and spent a lot of time hiking, thinking about his need to connect to the earth, especially on World Environment Day, and realizing that he wants to find balance in family, nature, and his passion in the ring. And a fascinating topic comes up: retirement.

Brie wonders if her ambition makes life harder on herself and contemplates where she’s at on the scale of being patient to being overwhelmed.

Bryan closes out the episode with Inspiration & Affirmation that connects nature, perspective, and self-improvement.
