Sl: Na sredi poletja je jezero Bled sijalo pod soncem, kristalno klare vode pa so se lesketale kot dragulji.
En: In the middle of summer, jezero Bled glistened under the sun, and its crystal-clear waters sparkled like jewels.

Sl: Obala je bila polna turistov in domačinov, ki so se sončili in se sladkali s kremšnito.
En: The shore was full of tourists and locals sunbathing and savoring kremšnita.

Sl: Med vsemi temi ljudmi so stali trije bratje in sestra: Tadeja, Matej in Anže.
En: Among all these people stood three brothers and a sister: Tadeja, Matej, and Anže.

Sl: Tadeja je bila najstarejša.
En: Tadeja was the oldest.

Sl: V njenih očeh je bil izražen pogum prijatelja, ki želi nad vsemi oblakmi čuvati svetlobo miru.

Sl: "Zakaj imate takšne skrivnosti pred nami?
En: "Why do you keep such secrets from us?"

Sl: Tadeja ga je pogledala, njen notranji boj pa je bil razviden v očeh.
