Ro: Soarele strălucea puternic peste București într-o zi caldă de vară.
En: The sun was shining brightly over București on a warm summer day.

Ro: În fața Muzeului Satului, Andrei privea cu emoție la clădirile vechi de lemn.
En: In front of the Muzeul Satului, Andrei looked with emotion at the old wooden buildings.

Ro: Era locul unde copilăriseră, unde vacanțele de vară păreau că trec încet, dar fericit.
En: It was the place where they spent their childhood, where summer vacations seemed to pass slowly but happily.

Ro: Andrei fusese întotdeauna fascinat de tradiții.
En: Andrei had always been fascinated by traditions.

Ro: Simțea că aici, la Muzeul Satului, tradițiile pluteau în aer.
En: He felt that here, at the Muzeul Satului, traditions floated in the air.

Ro: Astăzi, avea un plan: să adune familia.
En: Today, he had a plan: to gather the family.

Ro: Să îi aducă pe toți împreună, chiar dacă viața îi dusese în colțuri diferite.

Ro: " Pe o bancă, sub umbra unui copac bătrân, Andrei și Ioana începură să vorbească.
En: On a bench, under the shade of an old tree, Andrei and Ioana began to talk.

Ro: La început, cuvintele erau ezitante.
En: At first, the words were hesitant.

Ro: Dar încet, la fel ca acele noduri dintr-o sfoară veche desfăcute cu grijă, discuțiile lor deveniră mai sincere.

Ro: Iși amintiră de acele petreceri familiale, de râsete, dar și de momentele când nu se mai înțeleseseră.
