Hr: Sunce visoko stoji na nebu iznad Dubrovnika.
En: The sun stands high in the sky above Dubrovnik.

Hr: Zrak je topao i mirisan.
En: The air is warm and fragrant.

Hr: Ulice su pune turista koji šetaju i uživaju u ljepotama grada.
En: The streets are full of tourists who stroll and enjoy the beauty of the city.

Hr: Među užurbanim prolaznicima, Ivica nervozno hoda prema Policijskoj stanici Dubrovnik.
En: Among the bustling passersby, Ivica walks nervously towards the Dubrovnik Police Station.

Hr: Njegovo srce kuca ubrzano.
En: His heart beats rapidly.

Hr: Nedostaje mu važan dokument - putovnica.
