EPISODE 183: Permanent Weight Loss in 2023: 3 Clients Share How They've Kept the Weight Off for 2+ Years

WELP!

It's finally here. The moment we've all been waiting for…

Okay, maybe it's not the moment YOU'VE been waiting for, but it's definitely the moment I've been waiting for!

Today, I'm making good on a promise.

I often talk about how I'm not interested in helping clients lose weight for a wedding, a vacation, or a reunion. Nope! I only created my psychology-based weight loss program, Unstuffed, so I could help people lose weight and keep it off…forever!

In other words, my Unstuffed was created after investing thousands of dollars and hours researching and learning about the successful 5%. If 95% of dieters fail, what are the 5% doing to keep their weight off long-term? What do THEY know that the rest of us don't?!

So today, I've got a very special episode for you.

Talk is cheap. I'd rather show you that my program works. And to do so, I've invited 3 former clients back to the podcast for an update. Each of these ladies have been out of the program for 2+ years and they're ready to dish on everything that's happened post-program.

  • Did they regain their weight?
  • Are they back to emotional and binge eating?
  • What have been some of their biggest obstacles?
  • What advice do they wish they would have known when they first started this journey?

No two dieters are the same and they all have different challenges, backgrounds, habits, lifestyles, and emotional eating struggles.

If you're feeling frustrated with your lack of progress and don't know what else to do, you'll resonate with these women and their stories. You'll also learn the psychological shifts and strategies that allowed them to get unstuck, so you can too.

You don't want to miss this fascinating episode with returning clients Maddie, Abi, and Jessie.
