85. Azita Nejaddehghan: Leveling Up End-Stage Rehab

Hey friends!

She's baaaaaack! Azita Nejaddehghan, PT and strength coach, returns to chop it up over end stage rehab reflections. We piggyback off one of talking her points during her CSM presentation early this year, which was that we do not need to wait for physical capacity to be fully restored before working on technical proficiency with our athletes. Azita also shares how she approaches return to play timelines and processes with athletes. Because of Azita's work experience on both the team and private side, she is able to provide some great perspective to clinicians across the spectrum.
