PAUSE… Repeat to yourself the following affirmation: "I am a channel for the healing power of the universe. Every breath I take brings me closer to perfect health and well-being." PAUSE… Allow yourself to fully surrender to this healing energy, Let go of any negative thoughts, Emotions, Or physical sensations that may be blocking your path to wellness.
