Doctor Who is coming to Magic: the Gathering and in today's episode of Overthinking MTG, HamHocks42 takes a look at one of the face cards of the set, The Tenth Doctor. The card appears to have big splashy gameplay potential, but it does suffer from a lack of power compared to other commanders that have similar functions.
