Hr: Školsko zvono zazvonilo je po prvi put te godine.
En: The school bell rang for the first time that year.

Hr: Ivan je stajao ispred ulaza u srednju školu, osjećajući mješavinu uzbuđenja i nelagode.
En: Ivan stood in front of the entrance to the high school, feeling a mix of excitement and unease.

Hr: Njegova najbolja prijateljica Petra prilazi sa širokim osmijehom.
En: His best friend Petra approached with a wide smile.

Hr: "Ivane, jesi spreman za novu školsku godinu?
En: "Ivane, are you ready for the new school year?"

Hr: " upitala je Petra veselo dok je povukla ruksak na leđa.
