Friends had always turned to Denise for guidance, and she had a natural gift for helping women see possibilities they couldn't always see for themselves. That gift eventually led her to a new chapter.

Today, Denise is an empowerment life coach, midlife mentor, and host of the Thrive After 45 podcast, helping women rediscover the parts of themselves that may have been lost beneath careers, family, responsibilities, and years of putting others first.

Her message is one that many women can relate to:
