[Regulation Practice] 15-Minute Body Double Session for Evening Wind-Down

[Regulation Practice] 15-Minute Body Double Session for Evening Wind-Down

This is a fifteen minute body double session I made for winding down at the end of the day. Press play, pick one small evening task, and we'll work through it at the same time.

Body doubling gives a lot of neurodivergent adults the co-regulation and gentle accountability we need to actually start and finish a task. I kept the energy low on purpose in this one because I built it for the end of the day, for the sorting, folding, tidying one surface, journaling, or bits of admin that got left behind. I check in with you a few times along the way, and the rest of the time we just work together in quiet. There's no finish line and no pressure to complete anything.

What you'll get from this session:
  • How body doubling helps you start a task you've been putting off
  • A low-pressure way to close out your evening
  • Where to notice tension building while you work, and how to release it
  • Why an unfinished task at the end of the session still counts
  • A regulation tool you can come back to any evening
