In this podcast episode, the host welcomes Lora Cheadle, a betrayal specialist and coach who shares her personal story of betrayal and the journey of healing that followed. After 23 years of marriage, Lora discovered her husband’s infidelity with multiple women over 15 years. She discusses the initial shock and devastation, her process of understanding and questioning the betrayal, and the complex path they both took towards rebuilding their relationship. Lora introduces a five-step healing process encapsulated in the acronym 'FLAUNT': Find your fetish, Laugh out loud, Accept unconditionally, Navigate the negative, and Trust in your truth. She emphasizes the importance of self-work, acceptance, and the ability to rebuild oneself and one’s relationships through unconditional love, communication, and self-discovery.
