Breathe in, Breathe out. PAUSE… Relax, And let anything that’s lingering in your mind, Your body, Or your soul, Dissolve from you right now. So you can be present, One with your breath. One with this moment. Let it all go, And be here. PAUSE… Breathe in a refresh, A new energy. An understanding that this moment right now is a new moment to create, A new moment to live. The past doesn’t exist here, So let go of all its heaviness and emotions, And come into this moment clean and free, And open to the newness, The spaciousness, The lightness.
