About Dan Lewkowicz

Dan Lewkowicz is a seasoned real estate veteran with over 15 years of experience in the real estate landscape. Dan began his journey with “house hacking,” then shifted to flipping houses in and outside Detroit. Shortly after this development, he created a company named Renaissance Real Estate Ventures, which specializes in acquiring, financing, renovating, and reselling single-family residences in Detroit, Michigan. Later, he became the Senior Advisor for Fortis Net lease, then next, a former business director and executive for Amazon and Detroit. Finally, he earned his position as the Senior Director of Encore Real Estate Investment Services, specializing in shopping centers, medical business buildings, pharmacies, quick service restaurants, automotive repair and parts, and resorts.
