Story Transcript:

Cy: Ar fferm yng Nghymru, lle'r oedd y tir yn llawn grawnfwyd, roedd Llewellyn, Carys, a Dafydd yn byw.
En: On a farm in Cymru, where the land was full of grain, lived Llewellyn, Carys, and Dafydd.

Cy: Roedd Llewellyn, y ffermwr craff a phenderfynol, yn poeni am y cnydau.
En: Llewellyn, the clever and determined farmer, was worried about the crops.

Cy: Roedd yr awyr, lai'n las nag yn arfer, yn llawn cymylau duon yn dod â storm fawr.
En: The sky, less blue than usual, was full of dark clouds bringing a big storm.

Cy: Roedd y haf ar ei anterth, ond roedd Llewellyn yn teimlo'r bygythiad.
En: Summer was at its peak, but Llewellyn felt the threat.

Cy: Roedd yn gwybod bod angen iddo achub y cnydau rhag y storm.
En: He knew he needed to save the crops from the storm.

Cy: Heb y cnydau, ni fyddai'r fferm yn goroesi.
En: Without the crops, the farm would not survive.

Cy: Roedd y ffermdy wedi bod yn nwylo teulu Llewellyn am genedlaethau.
En: The farmhouse had been in Llewellyn's family for generations.

Cy: Roedd yn goron ar ei deimladau a'i ddyletswydd.
En: It was a crown on his feelings and his duty.

Cy: Ond roedd y tywydd drwg yn symud mewn cynt nag y tybiai.
En: But the bad weather was moving in faster than he had thought.

Cy: Dim ond dynion pren od roedd gan Llewellyn ar y fferm i'w helpu.
En: Llewellyn only had a few wooden men on the farm to help him.

Cy: Roedd angen ychydig iawn o waith, ac er gwaethaf ei gryfder, na allai ymladd â grym natur ar ei ben ei hun.
En: Very little work was needed, and despite his strength, he couldn't fight the force of nature on his own.

Cy: Doedd dim dewis.
En: There was no choice.

Cy: Roedd yn rhaid iddo benderfynu.
En: He had to decide.

Cy: A oedd i ofyn am help Carys a Dafydd?
En: Should he ask Carys and Dafydd for help?

Cy: Roedd rhywbeth wedi digwydd rhwng y tri yn y gorffennol.
En: Something had happened between the three in the past.

Cy: Dadl fach, ond ddigon i gadw ei feddwl rhag eu galw.
En: A small argument, but enough to keep his mind from calling them.

Cy: Ond wrth edrych unwaith eto ar yr awyr, roedd Llewellyn yn gwybod na all aros.
En: But looking once more at the sky, Llewellyn knew he couldn't wait.

Cy: Gwagodd ei ben a chodi ei ffon.
En: He emptied his mind and lifted his staff.

Cy: Tynnodd hi'n gyflym i dy Carys ac yna Dafydd.
En: He swiftly took it to Carys' house and then Dafydd's.

Cy: Efallai yr oeddent wedi dadlau o'r blaen, ond pan eisteddodd y ffermwr wrth eu bwrdd, sylweddolodd eu caredigrwydd.
En: Perhaps they had argued before, but when the farmer sat at their table, he realized their kindness.

Cy: Cawsant hwynganolmathu yn gyflym.
En: They made hasty decisions quickly.

Cy: “Mae angen eich help arnaf ar y fferm,” meddai Llewellyn, ei lais yn llawn o anfwriad.
En: "I need your help on the farm," Llewellyn said, his voice full of urgency.

Cy: “Mae’r storm yn dod, ni allaf ei wynebu ar fy mhen fy hun.
En: "The storm is coming, I can't face it on my own."

Cy: ”Galwodd Carys a Dafydd i fyny ar unwaith heb betruso.
En: Carys and Dafydd immediately got up without hesitation.

Cy: Llwythodd y grwp gyfarpar tarian a gweithredu.
En: The group loaded equipment, shielded, and acted.

Cy: Roedd y gwynt yn codi wrth iddynt fynd allan.
En: The wind was rising as they went out.

Cy: Cuddiodd awyr y dydd ac syrthiodd y glaw megis pylau mellt.
En: The daylight sky hid, and the rain fell like flashes of lightning.

Cy: Roedd y grwp yn gweithio'n ddiflino, yn lapio, yn glymu, yn dymheru.
En: The group worked tirelessly, wrapping, tying, tempering.

Cy: Llifoedd y storm dros y tir, yn rhuo hyd lawr y bryniau.
En: The storm flowed over the land, roaring down the hills.

Cy: Ond roedd Llewellyn, Carys, a Dafydd yn ddigynnwrf, yn parhau i weithio gyda'i gilydd.
En: But Llewellyn, Carys, and Dafydd remained calm, continuing to work together.

Cy: Roedd eu hymdrechion a'u cyd-benderfyniad yn ei gwneud yn bosib.
En: Their efforts and mutual determination made it possible.

Cy: Unigolion, ond yn gryf fel rhan o rith.
En: Individuals, but strong as part of a whole.

Cy: Bum awr a mwy oedd hi pan orffennodd y storm.
En: It was five hours or more when the storm ended.

Cy: Gadawodd y niwl a'r dŵr olau haul newydd, wrth i ddydd dorri eto ar y tir.
En: The mist and water left a new light of sunshine as the day dawned again on the land.

Cy: Roedd y cnydau, er wedi'u chwipio gan y gwynt, yn dal yn gryf a sefydlog.
En: The crops, though whipped by the wind, were still strong and stable.

Cy: Gwênodd Llewellyn, wedi'i blino ond balch.
En: Llewellyn smiled, tired but proud.

Cy: "Diolch," meddai wrth Carys a Dafydd.
En: "Thank you," he said to Carys and Dafydd.

Cy: Eu pumed dadl ar ben.
En: Their fifth argument was over.

Cy: Roedd yn fwy na chnydau yr oedd wedi'u cadw.
En: He had saved more than crops.

Cy: Roedd ymgais newydd yn eu cyfeillgarwch, cwlwm newydd rhwng y tri.
En: There was a new attempt in their friendship, a new bond between the three.

Cy: Dysgodd Llewellyn werth gweithio gyda'i gilydd, ôl byd o ddysgu bod cysylltiadau ag eraill yn rhoi cryfder mwy.
En: Llewellyn learned the value of working together, a world of understanding that connections with others bring greater strength.

Cy: Ond roedd y tir yn dawel unwaith eto, wedi'i ledo gan haul polyn yr haf.
En: But the land was quiet once again, bathed in the summer pole sun.

Cy: Roedd y fferm yn saff, a Llewellyn yn gwybod y byddai'r dyfodol yn llachar, cyhyd ag iddynt gadw'r rhwymyn hwn rhwng ffrindiau.
En: The farm was safe, and Llewellyn knew the future would be bright, as long as they kept this bond between friends.
