What Webflow Conf Means for the Community - Rick Bossenbroek

Webflow Conf just wrapped in Boston, and I wanted to talk to someone who spends as much time building the Webflow community as he does building on it. My guest is Rick Bossenbroek, a Webflow Global Leader for Amsterdam and the founder of Uncode. He was also a Builder of the Year nominee at this year's Conf. We talk about what Source and the new marketing features mean for the community, whether the Global Leader program has a future now that Webflow's community team has shrunk, and how years of unpaid community work turned into real client trust. Rick also runs Day 42, a builder community for people with day jobs, and RunClubs.nl, a directory for Dutch run clubs that he is quietly trying to turn into a Strava competitor.
