EP: 45 Rest Didn’t Fix It — Here’s Why

We’re told that if we’re exhausted, all we need is rest. Take a break. Sleep more. Slow down.

But what happens when you finally rest… and you’re still tired?

In this episode, I talk about nervous system exhaustion, the kind of fatigue that doesn’t come from doing too much in a day—but from doing too much for years. Hustling, surviving, keeping up, pushing through, and living in a constant state of “go.”

I share why I didn’t make New Year’s resolutions this year, why slowing down is my commitment instead, and how this season of my life is about healing, presence, and choosing peace alongside growth.

If you’ve ever rested and still felt depleted, this conversation is for you.
