The Red Raiders are 3–0! 🔴🏈

No. 13 Texas Tech opened Big 12 play with a wild one at Galaxy Stadium, holding off No. 22 Houston 28–26 in a game that came down to the final play.

Houston jumped out to a 10–0 lead, but the Red Raiders battled back behind Will Hammond, J'Koby Williams, Cameron Dickey and a defense that made the biggest play of the night when it mattered most.

Conner Weigman and the Cougars had one final chance to tie the game, but Texas Tech stopped the two-point conversion attempt to preserve the victory. It's the eighth straight win over Houston for the Red Raiders.
