Canna I Talk Show with Ami & Sunlower - Season 4.5 - Episode 1 - Exploring Growth with Women Who Cultivate

# Exploring Growth with Women Who Cultivate

> Join us as we dive into the importance of growing and community.

Welcome back to our latest conversation! It’s been a while since we connected, and we’re excited to share what we have brewing.

## New Beginnings in Season Four

This season, we’re focusing on a powerful theme: *Women Who Grow*. We’ll explore everything from food and vegetables to the blessed plant itself. In a time when we often wonder about what is real and what is recalled, knowing how to grow our own food and understanding the cultivation of plants is more important than ever.

### Meet Our Inspiring Grower

We’re thrilled to introduce our first guest for the season: a pioneer in Pennsylvania, *Cannabis Lily*, who is not only the first woman of color to grow and process cannabis in the state but also knowledgeable about all types of plants. Her insights into growing and caring for plants are invaluable, especially during these times.

> "Knowing some growers and getting tips is very important."

Lily has been a lifesaver for us, providing fresh fruits and vegetables, especially during our *Puff and Pose* events. We can’t wait for you to hear her wisdom!

## Upcoming Events

We have an exciting lineup of events coming up:

- **Cannabis Conference at Temple University**: Join us for a day filled with knowledge and connection.

- **Black Cannabis Week**: Sign up for your free medical marijuana card and learn about expungements available in Philadelphia.

### Personal Reflections

As we navigate the world of cannabis and wellness, we’re reminded of the importance of community and sharing experiences. From personal stories about healing to the joy of growing your own food, every conversation enriches our understanding of ourselves and our relationships with others.

We’re excited to dive deeper into these topics this season. Stay tuned for more engaging discussions and insights.
