**Biography Flash: Dean Withers Calls Out Trump TV state run media claims**

Dean Withers Biography Flash a weekly Biography. As of September 26, the most significant recent development involving Dean Withers is his growing visibility as a political commentator during the launch of Trump TV, the White House’s new twenty four hour video channel. On September 22, Withers posted on X that the administration had recently barred several news organizations from the White House before announcing what he called state run television, adding, “It’s official, we live in North Korea.” The Independent, Salon, Blavity, and other outlets subsequently quoted or reported his reaction. His remarks were amplified as coverage focused on Trump TV’s weak early audience and comparisons with state controlled media in countries including Russia, China, and North Korea. The Independent reported that Withers’s criticism was repeated in stories about the channel’s ratings and later in coverage of late night television host Jimmy Kimmel’s parody of the venture. These reports establish a recent increase in mainstream media attention for Withers, although they do not indicate a new formal role, employment agreement, or business partnership. The available reporting identifies Withers as a liberal or political commentator, but provides no verified account of a public appearance, live event, product launch, or other business activity by him during the past few days. His documented activity is primarily social media commentary, especially through the X account identified as itsdeaann. No reliable source located for this update confirms a major announcement in the last twenty four hours, and claims of private engagements, undisclosed deals, or viral developments should be treated as unconfirmed. The longer term biographical significance is that Withers’s online political commentary is now being cited by national news and entertainment outlets, potentially marking a transition from internet personality to a more widely recognized media commentator. That is an assessment, not a confirmed career change. Thank you for listening. Please subscribe so you never miss an update on Dean Withers, and search Biography Flash for more great biographies.
