Sunshine & The Violent Gaslighting Narcissist | Domestic Violence & Narcissistic Abuse

In this episode of Narcissist Apocalypse, Sunshine shares how her ex-partner made her feel chosen, then made her question what she had seen with her own eyes. He lied about another woman, blamed Sunshine when she confronted him, and called his violence passion. Whenever she began to pull away, the sober, caring version of him returned and gave her reason to hope.

As Sunshine worked to get sober and rebuild her life, his violence escalated. An attack during her pregnancy led her to call for help, setting off a chain of events that left her fighting to be believed. Then the story took one more unexpected turn, leaving Sunshine to make sense of feelings she never thought she would have.
