CEO Roundtable: Mobility at a Crossroads | Recorded Live @ InnoTrans, Berlin 2026

As cities rethink how public transport is funded and run, four senior leaders came together to share what's actually working, and what isn't. Recorded live on the Modaxo stand at InnoTrans Berlin 2026, this special roundtable edition of Mobility Redefined tackles mobility at a crossroads: navigating the trends, challenges and future of the sector.

Dr. Kaan Yıldızgöz is joined by Fernanda Esbizaro Rodrigues Rudnik, Board Director at ARTESP (Agência Reguladora de Transporte do Estado de São Paulo), Manuel Valdés López, CEO of the Autoritat del Transport Metropolità (ATM) in Barcelona, Cherie Lee, Chief Engineering Officer at Yarra Trams in Melbourne, and Lex Bentner, Head of Public Transport for the Ville de Luxembourg. Together they cover fare policy and subsidy trade-offs, private concession models, free public transport, bus electrification, and how ageing networks are using data to manage maintenance and supply chains.

The panel closes by looking ten years ahead, sharing the one change each believes their organisation must achieve, followed by closing remarks from Bill Delaney, CEO of Modaxo. A candid, practical conversation for anyone working on the funding, governance or operation of public transport.
