What You’re Taking With You: A Gentle Reflection on 2025

As we stand at the threshold of a new year, join me for a gentle reflection on what deserves to cross into 2026 with you and what you’re ready to release with grace.

We’ll explore three powerful questions:

∙ What did this year teach you about who you’re becoming?

∙ What lesson cost you something but was worth it?

∙ What are you ready to release with gratitude and grace?

This isn’t about resolutions or highlight reels.

It’s about intention, awareness, and honoring the woman you’re becoming.

Reflection Prompt: Before midnight tonight, write down your three answers and do something symbolic with them.

Hold what matters.

Release what doesn’t.
