96 - The Simple Daily Habit Most Couples Stop Doing

When most people think about the physical side of a relationship, they think about the bedroom. But there's a simpler daily habit that matters just as much. Most couples slowly stop doing it: sharing a proper hug.

In this episode, you'll learn what a real hug does in your body. Oxytocin rises, stress hormones drop, and your breathing starts to fall into step with each other.

You'll also hear why touch is its own kind of language. It says, "I'm here. You matter to me." Not as a lead-up to something else, but as its own complete thing.

Today, try one of the easiest daily relationship habits there is. Give your partner a hug and hold on a few seconds longer than usual.

Daily Relationship Tips helps couples strengthen relationship communication, rebuild emotional intimacy, restore relationship trust, develop healthy relationship habits, and reconnect before emotional distance becomes permanent.

Hosted by Alastair Duhs, relationship coach and creator of Reconnected.
