LP is a psychotherapist here in Canada, with a passion for working with people that lead an active lifestyle. Louis-Philippe's professional goal is to help other's overcome obstacles in order to reach their potential. A passionate cyclists whose ideal morning begins with an early morning bike ride before getting home for breakfast with his wife and daughters. I'm really stoked to have him on the show and share some of his wisdom with us, and hopefully help us unlock some of our hidden potential.
