Babes in the Wood Murders /// Chapter 3Chapter 3 /// The Search
www.TrueCrimeGarage.com Babes in the Wood Murders - Chapter 3 /// The Search Almost eight years to the night that Margaret Frame disappeared and later was found killed in a park in Brighton, the terror climbed to a new level. This time it was the disappearance of two little girls, best friends who were playing together in a park in Brighton. On the evening of October 9, 1986, two nine-year-old girls, Nicola Fellows and Karen Hadaway failed to return home. The girls were last spotted playing together in Wild Park shortly before twilight. Both of the girls were afraid of the dark. A large search for the two commenced that evening around dinner time and continued into the night. A large park with foggy, pitch black conditions proved to be extremely difficult. As it turns out, everything about this case will prove to be extremely difficult.
