In Part 3 of The Rise Series, I share what happened after losing my son Hap and the grief, depression, and self-abandonment that followed. I talk about coming home from the hospital without my baby, sitting through a dinner where everyone acted as if nothing had happened, and how deeply that moment showed me the ways I had learned to silence my own needs.
