RAMS SQUAD SHOW: Mevis' FG BLOCKED, Josh Allen's HEROICS sink Rams in 37-34 OT L to Bills in LA

Costly special teams mistakes haunt the Los Angeles Rams as Harrison Mevis’ game-winning kick is blocked, allowing Josh Allen’s Buffalo Bills to secure a dramatic 37-34 overtime victory. Gavin Carlson, Michael Brockers, and Rob Buska break down Mevis’ struggles, the Rams’ ongoing special teams crisis, and whether roster or coaching changes are on the horizon. Can the “Thiccer Kicker” rebound, or is it time for the Rams to find a new solution?

The squad analyzes Matthew Stafford’s gutsy 383-yard, 3-touchdown performance, Puka Nacua’s relentless resilience, and Josh Allen’s MVP-caliber heroics—especially with his timely scrambles late in the game. Key topics include Chris Shula’s defensive strategy, the offensive turnaround, and upcoming opportunities for turnaround with a softer schedule. With playoff hopes still alive despite a 2-3 record, the debate rages: is special teams the Rams’ Achilles’ heel, or can Sean McVay’s squad regroup for a deep postseason run?
