How One Piece Saved His Life | Joe Grind | Nani Talks Episode 15

Joe Grind swapped the studio for the sofa, and anime is the reason why.

This week we sat down with Joe Grind, the rapper turned creator behind Joey's Fun House, the gaming and anime channel he built out of his own front room. We got into how he moved from gangster rap into anime and gaming content, why letting go of the old music process felt free, and how shows like One Piece, Naruto and X-Men rewired the way he sees himself, his family and his mistakes. It goes deep: victim mentality versus ownership, being a nerd who had to be a lion growing up in Peckham, raising kids who know exactly what they love, and finding your own lane out of anyone's shadow. Real talk about growth, wrapped in the shows we all love.
