In episode 7 note to self, we are completing "the ships" series with the most important relationship talk...self love and self care. I have my Qweens in the building for this one, Shemeka, will be sharing her knowledge on meditation, crystals and astrology/numerology while Flame, my favorite esthetician, gives us all the info when it comes to skincare.
