Meditation: How to train a wandering mind

Feeling scattered and distracted is a new normal.

Having attention concerns seems to be a complaint about many. We are all living in a world full of distractions. Our phones, computers are devices are with us all the time. Too much stimulation and information. Our brains are struggling to cope. For most of our day, our mind is wandering somewhere else. Our brain is wandering around 50-60% of the time. Feeling scattered is not good a thing. If you want to stop it, there is something you can do. Train your mind to focus. Meditation is a scientifically proven technique to improve brain functioning. You can learn to stay centered and present. All it takes is a daily meditation practice. You just have to commit to it.
