Oscar McMahon, one of the men behind the Young Henry’s beer and brewery joins the show to talk to us about starting a brewery before it was a thing. They’ve grown from strength to strength in the face of the giants and have somehow figured out how to use their brewing process to help reduce the carbon dioxide emissions from livestock. It’s an interesting story.
