One girl seemed to have vanished into thin air as she was last seen walking in the busy part of town in broad daylight. 10 year old Jayleen Banker went missing from a different rodeo. The investigations provided no answers and no leads. The town of Rawlins was rocked and left to wonder what was happening to their girls.
