The word chakra is a sanskrit word meaning “wheel” or “disk”. These energy centers are points of intersection where the mind and body meet. Each chakra holds vital information for well being and healing. When a chakra is blocked or closed it may cause physical, emotional or spiritual distress. As I guide you into this healing environment I will work on creating balance and support. To best experience this energy treatment…..lie down and be comfortable. Lets invoke….I call forth your spirit…spirit guides…Angels…masters and guardians to surround you at this time. Working with water to aid you in the ebb and flow of life.…..and so it is….and so be it….. Close down your eyes….feel your body descend… deeper… and deeper to the surface you're lying on. You are about to go on a journey…..a journey of self discovery and a personal quest….. Your sacral chakra is located below your navel…..softly bring your awareness there….PAUSE Feel the flow of your breath…..the inhale….and the exhale……in….and… out…… Just like the breath can change its rhythm…..the sacral chakra is connected to movement and flow…..Notice the breath at the chest rise…..on the inhale…..and fall on the exhale….. You are still…..but the breath is always moving….always changing….vital life force….. As the breath moves at the chest…..it also moves through your nose, throat and lungs……PAUSE Like a graceful wave….crashing upon a shore…….back and forth……full…and empty…..in and out……..PAUSE You are always in a state of flow……at times you may not realize it….but just like your blood circulates in your body…….there is a river and a connection with life……..PAUSE Each day we are born again…..new cells are forming…growing and revitalizing…..PAUSE Deep and slightly below your navel you begin to feel a warm glow of orange pulsating energy…..PAUSE It feels nurturing and healing…….PAUSE This orange glow pulsates and flows……through your pelvis and hips….flows through your belly…..and down your legs…….up your spine…..and down your back….PAUSE It is a constant feeling of waves……feel it caress and hold you……PAUSE Just like water cleanses and heals…..you are being healed and cleansed in this chakra…..PAUSE Sensations and emotions dance inside of you……..calling you to embrace change….Pause This dance with the orange fiery glow… asks you to embrace passion…….PAUSE Asks you to feel your aliveness…..and creativity…..PAUSE Asks you to acknowledge your sensuality…….PAUSE Asks you to experience pleasure…..PAUSE The ebb and flow of this orange light intensifies…..PAUSE It releases any and all blocks of creativity……feelings and emotions……pleasure….sexuality……and resistance to change….PAUSE Now the orange light changes its direction………..to integrate the energy….PAUSE It darts like tiny light beams to any parts of your body it is needed……..PAUSE Feel the rocking wave like rhythm……..LONG PAUSE…. Slowly…slowly…..the waves are subsiding………the energy is complete. Come back to the breath…..
