What made you do it? An interview with Lorraine Cairney who successfully became self employed.

As a coach, I am privileged to be able to hear people's stories and what makes them do what they do - as well as hearing about the obstacles they encounter on the way and how they overcome them.

In this episode I chat with Lorraine Cairney who went from a very successful career of over 25 years to changing direction completely and becoming self employed. She gives tips on what has worked for her and what she thinks is important to consider when you're setting up on your own.

Check out her website here if you'd like to know more about her work.
