27: BRITNEY VEST - From Weight Loss to Wellness

In this episode I talk to Britney Vest (@fittybritttty) about all things weight and wellness. We discuss her journey with her 85lb weight loss, starting with how she was affected by pressure to lose weight from a young age. She shares her experience of being in and out of Weight Watchers as a teen and her breaking point when she decided to make changes in her lifestyle. While her transformation is admirable, I was most interested in her qualities beyond her weight; namely her resiliency, confidence and zest for life. Today, she practices "wellness" without weight being the focus - and she has great advice for others looking to lead a more active, fulfilled life.
