290. Revie Jane on CPTSD, OCD and Living Her Life Out Loud

In this episode we’re going to delve deep into the personal story of the wonderful and gorgeous Revie Jane.

Revie is legend of a woman, mum, founder of activewear label Alitah State, partner and content creator. She also had a traumatic childhood where she was abandoned by both her parents, leading to her developing CPTSD and OCD. But she doesn't want her past to be an insurmountable weight that defines her, and shares how she is doing the work to live a steady and joyful life.
