Brief: As ICJ rules, Israel accused of further war crimes

As Israel’s war on Gaza continues, we're coming to you on Sundays with a weekly roundup. This week: The International Criminal Court issued a ruling in a case brought against Israel last month as further allegations of war crimes by Israeli soldiers in Gaza emerged. Hamas's ability to fight still appears significant. And more than half a dozen countries cut off funding for UNRWA. It is day 114 of the war.
