In 2015, Clyde, Ohio was one of the safest places to live in the entire United States. Basically, violent crime never happened there. So, on April 10th of that year; when a resident was reported missing in the morning, and then their car was spotted just a few hours later in an apartment parking lot... before the police even drove out to the vehicle, they already knew that they would find this missing person either sleeping in their car or maybe visiting one of their friends in the nearby apartments.
