Healthy shame is something that we all have as humans. It is there to help us stay aligned with our integrity and core values. When we are abused we are often experiencing our abuser's toxic shame and absorbing it as our own. This leads to an internalized state of toxic shame that wreaks havoc on every element of life.

In todays' episode I discuss the key differences between healthy and toxic shame as well as how to heal toxic shame.
